Gym Is Open (Monday)
I had an extra long session yesterday to make up for missing a few days last week...
30 minute step aerobics class (Cathe Friedrich "Basic Step"), 10 minute ab routine (Cathe Friedrich "Stability Ball abs" - this was a bonus track on her step aerobics DVD), and 60 minute full body weight training (Jari Love "Get Ripped: Slim and Lean").
Jesus is so good to me; I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!
