why am i such a slow loser?
I started out fast and then got slow. I don't think the same thing works for everyone. For me, I just learned I had to eat more, after a 6 month stall, I almost doubled calories and carbs and lost 10 pounds in a week. Your nutritionist can help with what will work for you, but, you have actually lost 55% of your excess weight. :) That is awesome!

I will be 6 months out on the 8th May and I have lost the grand total of 53 lbs !!! Now that IS a slow loss ,I am very dissapointed but thats life I guess or should I say thats my body ?

Hi,
It must be something in the Philadelphia air. I had my surgery 10 months ago at Pennsylvania Hospital with Alan and I have lost 150 lbs. I still have 150 more to go and I have slowed down. I also endulge in one too many carbs. I have osteoarthritis in my knees along with lymphodema, so exercise is out of the question at this time. Hang in there, we were given a really good guideline, I think our NUT Jim is the best. Drop him an e-mail and express your concerns. YOu might need to add more to your diet.
Good luck.
