Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Walked 45 minutes on the track this morning.  Felt so good out there this morning.  I got up later than usual so decided to skip the gym. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at lunch yesterday.  Did some lower body strengthening at physical therapy after work.   Kellie

I sat up most of the night writing a paper for one of my classes  - stil not finished yet!!!  So, I never got my workout in.  I feel really bad about it because I have school tonight, so I will probably be too tired when I finally get home.  Guess, I'll have to exercise doubly hard tomorrow.

Jesus is so good to me;  I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!
