I got below 200. I now weigh 198!!!!  I  didn't think I would make it.  Now my next goal is 180.  I hope it dont take as long as this one. Hopefully I broke that awful plateau that seemed to have lasted for months.  I dont think I  was eating enough. Since Terri helped me I guess something kicked in because I lost 7 pds like overnight!!  I didnt believe it so I had my nephew read the scale again this morning and three or four times last night. But it was still there this morning. So I figure I can officially say I am below 200. I havent been there since third or fouth grade!!!!:'(  I just cant stop crying and I know no one understands  but you guys.

That is soooo great, you are right we totally understand your joy I can't wait to join you there, I have 6 more lbs to be under 200. It is taking longer than before, which is a drag.  What did Terri tell you to help you break your plateau, was it the plateau buster diet??? Have a great day and enjoy your BIG WOW... Lynn

That I wasnt eating enough.  I was keeping my calories below 1000. Well I up them between 1200 to 1400 every fourth day. Keeps it mixed up so my body came out of stravation mode.  Good luck!! hugs.
