Marge and Karen, congrats on entering Onederland!  I'm very happy for both of you!  Everyone posted early this morning!  I didn't think I was that late, it's only 9 AM here and I'm already #11 in line!  That's what I get for lollygagging in the morning.  I am delighted to see everyone has done so well the past week.  Wish I could say the same for myself.  I'm pretty sure my weight loss has decided to stop.  I'm doing everything I'm supposed to do (protein first, plenty of fluids, exercise, journaling my food) and the weight just isn't moving.  A friend of mine who had surgery on the same day said she hasn't lost lately, either, and not to worry that I'm done losing, but I can't help it.    Maybe I need to go back to just eating shrimp for lunch and dinner.  Beginning weight: 530 Surgery weight: 407 Last week: 299 This week: 299 Sad Kix

Look at me be the little motivator when I am feeling the same way :) but don't worry you will be successful and reach your goals.  Lorraine

Hey there skinny lady :-) Ok, stop with this talk right now - you ARE going to lose and it will happen soon, I just know it! Are you still on the meds for your leg? If so, could this be causing the plateau? Some meds just affect us that way and could be a good explanation. Maybe after they remove that fun old blobby it will kick start it again. Keep your head up friend - you will get there!
