No longer OBESE!!!!!
Ok a major mile stone for me...after being on a short plateau (lasted about 2 1/2 weeks)....i weighed in this morning at 227 and with a BMI of 29.9 I am offically no longer obese, but just moderately overweight!!!!!!
Considering that the BMI charts are all off, and that even people like Brad Pitt are considered obese because their muscle mass causes them to weigh more.....i feel OK about this new category.
Even though my 13th month ends on the 17th, I figure I'll update everyone now (why go back on the scale for a few days..lol). So
Starting weight: 492
Surgery weight: 472
Current weight: 227
Loss for month 13: 7 lbs
Total Loss: 265 lbs!!!!!!
