Sorry I don't live close to ya..I would love to be your workout buddy. But since we live so far away from one another you we all can still encourage one another. A couple of ways is by posting, and emailing someone you may feel close to on here. We're all family and welcome you with open arms.

Today My workout will be a nice two mile walk in the park with my girls and topping it off with about 50 squats, and 50 situps.

 Hi! I'm new as well.  This is my first time responding to a post, but I thought it was time I stopped lurking and joined in.  I had my surgery on May 21st (will never forget the day) I am on the end of my first two weeks.  I return to work tomorrow and I'm a little nervous about it.  SO many things have come to mind that I never considered in the six months before the procedure.

In any case welcome Keisha.  I look forward to getting to know you while we take this journey.

I have notice most center have different ways of procedure or rule of thumb. But I'm sure others will join in soon.
