Topic: I HAVE TO SAY..I FEEL BETTER ALREADY. HARD TO LET GO REPOST
My clothes is bagged and I'm on my way out the door to take my over sized clothes to the women shelter. I have a few pieces that I kept so I can have something to lounge in but most of it will go to someone that could benefit from them. I feel good finally letting go of my past and moving forward with my future.

I come to realize that this is way more than a weight loss journey but a mental journey as well.

I feel good already knowing someone can put my clothes to use. I'll keep yall posted on my day. Thanks for the push girls lol

I'm glad you feeling better..I thought that might have been the problem sipping and eating slow was my hill I had to conquer and a very hard one too. Now its becoming second nature..Hell its hard to break a eating habbit after so many years. This is all new but each week I learn something new and its becoming much, much easier. Good luck my sleeve sista!

Hi stillfablessfat.................Hang in there.  Those first couple of weeks are the worst, but it gets better and a little easier.  The head hunger is a struggle for most of us on a daily basis.  It's a case of mind over matter!  If you must yield to the chewing and eating....make a good choice of it, and select something that will benefit your program.

Best wishes.......................Keep it moving!

I'm getting in all of my protein and water. My stomach is feeling much better after seeing my doc on wed. I realized that my stomach will need time to heal and sipping is something that I'm gonna have to get use to.I'm on full liquids now and fighting head hunger and omg I didn't know how much I would miss just the ability to eat. My doc only required clear liquids half of the day prior to surgery so this is new for me.
