I hope your loss is going well. I am happy for us too, we truly have lived and I am happy about that. We are so thankful.

But we are here and China is a real experience, first of all they limit their people on the I telnet so most sites I can't go to and Facebook is forbidden, in fact if you type Facebook in the address line they will kick yu off. I am in my hotel room which is not suppose to have Internet but somehow I got it so here I am typing away.
We went to the Great Wall today and all I can say is freaking WOW! It is Magnificat y'all and we tabogoned down after climbing up, it is so hard y'all that wall is super long in every direction and it is super steep.
I wish I could post pictures since I have this connection and time but I can't and I have tried everything. But I have lots of pictures to share.
As for the sunflower butter, I opt for PB2 which is a powdered peanut butter that you just add water to and it tastes just like peanut butter (same consistency and all). Here's the stats on it:
