I think I am just having not a good week with the scale. I go to my 1 month appt. today. It seems like the scale has stopped moving and sometimes even gone up a pound or so since I've been trying to concentrate on getting my 64 oz of liquid and getting all my protein in. I was losing more when I wasn't really focusing on it as much. But I understand it takes time..... (yada yada yah).
I really like your prospective. That is a better way to look at it. Thanks for the encouragement.
It's been a while but I'm 6 weeks out and yes I'm a loser 19lbs down not much if I compare myself to others but that's 27% of the pounds that I want to lose and its 32% of the pounds my doc wants me to lose so I'm doing wonderful..........I'll keep everyone posted

I have a ton of pictures to get through and as soon as I pick the ones where I don't look like a fat blob I will start posting. I hate the way I look in pictures right now so finding good ones will be difficult, but i'm finding some. When I finish you all will know.
It is really good to be back home, lord knows I missed my bed and my home. I love when you are away for a while and you come home the walls look so clean.
I still have a pretty mean case of jet lag and still staying up until 4 am which is super late for a girl who is usually in bed by 8 and sleep by 12. But i'm sure it will correct itself soon now.
Anyway, since I been home I hurt my left knee and had to go to emergency for my back and shoulder blades locking up. LOL. I know it was due to dehydration and I have been getting my water in over the past 3 days and will try to continue.
Anyway, it's really good to be home. I missed you guys.
