I am on vacation again.  We have been touring the California coast for a week now and will end it in Lake Tahoe.    We had a month and a half left of vacation and decided to keep going.

I finished going through almost all my pics, still have to get through China because I took to many dam pictures, but hell yeah i'm photoshopping, imagesharpening, skinnymaking, and whatever else I have to do.  LOL.   I always make Becca take at least 5 pics of me in one location so that I can choose the one I look thinnest in.  LOL.  Man i'm fat.

Ok,  I guess i'll post some links to the ones I have finished, they are on my family facebook.not my Lee one, I'm aying on the beach right now and don't feel like dealing with any pictures so it will be later today or tomorrow.

I joined a gym on Saturday.  And I had my first workout with the personal trainer.  Do I hurt.  My trainer had me doing squats, weights and the bicycle.  That was it.  My arms and shoulders hurt.  thighs hurt and my legs are wobbly. Oh yes, he had me so warmup and stretching.  Still hurts. 

I am not complaining.  Just venting.  I did ask for this.   It is all part of the weight loss process.  Going back tonight for another workout.  May just do the bicycle and give my arms a break.  I used muscles yesterday I haven't used in years.

Taking it one day at a time.
