Hey lady, glad to see you back. I have been messing up big time since I got home and it is so hard but i'm getting my head back on track but not my eating quite yet.

Gonna try to get up and hit the gym in the morning, man it's hard getting back.

How are my BAF folks doing these days? Are youb living your plan no matter the stage or approach? NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES!!!
I've been out of commission for a few weeks although I was unwilling to admit to being sick. I've given in and made it to the hospital a week after convincing the ems folks to set me free, lol.
Exercise is down and weight is up because of meds so the next month plus will be time to work my @$$ off. One of our own, MsMD is getting married and I've got to get my belly into a dress. iTS DOUBLE TIME! Belly busters, plus dips and modified pushups because the dress is sleeveless. Lets see what the body can handle.
In the mean time it is eating well and staying focused on a healthly weight for life. Its easy to get off track. We can always find an excuse. Less activity means less intakel. Weight gaining drugs can't be helped but it means you must eat differently. Getting fat is easy and we know it. Fight the weight gain no matter the cause.

Thanks for sharing the luv! We need to dine with like minded folks who want to eat well and enjoy good food without ever facing obesity again. If we can each have an Al of our own to share this experience with then all the better.
Luv'n my usual feta & tomato omlet and the treat of this deliciious chocolate pb protein fudge. Some for breakfast and some more for lunch and absolutely awesome. We can eat goodies we just need to learn how to adjust them to our taste and dietary needs. That means a litttle experimenting and accepting that different flavors and be equally good. This recipe is proof of that.
I've done a few recipe experiments with awesome results. Like anything else you eat, adjusting to taste makes all the differences. Not perfect as is then try a litttle experimentation. Or do you prefer the alternative of eating for obesity once again. Not me!
