I was banded in 2003, back then I was pretty active but now I'm back since I may be getting rebanded (hopefully).

Topic: New, Againð??? But a bit gassy

Hello all. I have another page (username willsgnc) that I used during my transition back in 2007. I'm about ten years out and for the past few days been a bit too gassy.

What can I do to relieve it? What about the baking soda and warm water remedy?

Been drinking peppermint and chamomile tea. Stopped drinking coffee (yesterday?)

I haven't taken stool softeners since surgery. But now, I'm thinking about it. I'm just wondering if I'm far enough out to try it. I've kept my weight down very well, this Far.

I had the surgery in 11/22/2006. Lost @125, gained @25 back. Still trying to loss the 25. This is my first time on the site in a couple of years. Glad to see old timers, we are hard to find.
