Topic: RE: JUST IN CASE THIS IS MY 'WELLEST' DAY ....
You were gorgeous then and just as amazing now!! I'm so excited for my new journey to begin...I've been battling with my weight since the birth of my now 18 year old... I recently (5/10/08) had my 3rd child and it's been very difficult to lose this weight! I've done prescription weight loss...and worked out... I lost 68lbs. But then after getting a bad ankle sprain resulting in surgery..I've been unsuccessful in keeping the weight off... Your story gives me hope and inspiration! My foot surgeon said this surgery would help me tremendously! I can't wait!!

WOW!!.......You've had a really hard road to travel this past year or so!  I can only believe that this is a test of your faith and fortitude.  I pray that you can forge your way to better and continued good health.  I know it may seem a little dismal now, but keep doing what you know is right to continue taking off the weight.  You had the surgery, had some problems, but you also still have this amazing tool still that will help you reach your goals if you work it.  It won't work itself....You still have to put in the work!!...........You can do this!!

Keep it moving........one day and one step at a time!

Topic: RE: pHENTERMINE AFTER WLS

I'm about 3.5 years out from RNY and have been very successful with my program thus far.  Not getting too into detail, but this past year I was diagnosed with an ailment which required my using steroids for treatment.  I gained about 12 lbs, which wasn't a whole lot, but I still didn't like it.  I was also suffering with chronic fatigue, which led to a prescription for the amphetamine (salts).  It's a low dose and I haven't experienced any real side effects except it does curb my appetite and I have lost about 8 lbs since starting them 3 months ago..............Hope that helps.

ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

Epiphany has past. The Christmas season is officially over.  We are out of excuses to cheat ourselves out of the benefits of staying on plan.

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:  Are you genuinely working on your wls, lifestyle change, diet plan, or whatever you want to call it?   Or, are you feigning the motions and kidding yourself about the lack of results.  Or, perhaps you just don't give a damn at the moment and have not even tried.

We all know having a program and working it is the only option.  That includes how you approach food, exercise, supplements, th rules of your particular game, and addressing your food related disfunctions.  You know what to do and if you don't you know how to do the research.  If you want success get on it now and make it happen.

I've also cut back on the meet but more as a matter of taste.  Veg, beans, legumes, konjac, noodles, with a meat/ seafood more as the side for flavor than an entree.  Helps with calorie control when you're on 1100 cal a day for life.

Planning in advance at least gives you a cushion so you can enjoy the culinary delights.  We already know that if we don't like it we won't stick with it and end up worse off.  You like the efs, why not go back to it or some version? Veg may just not be your thing.
