You can do it! It's mental. You've got fight the urge to eat without planning. Go back to basics.
1. Exercise daily
2. Protein first
3. No sugar or white carbs
4. Take your vitamins
5. Drink your water.
This stuff works. It's just fighting the impulse to eat stuff that makes you feel good for a moment, but hate yourself when your clothes don't. Stay connected to the board and try every hour to get back on track. Even if you mess up; start over the next minute... don't wait until the next day.. too much damage can occur. Just don't ever give up.
With the support of the board, we can do this! :)
Way to go! I am back on here and about 40 lbs heavier than I was 5 yrs ago! Today I started again. I have a closet full of clothes I cannot wear. I hope i get back to the stage where sugar makes me sick like it did when I first had the surgery! I gotta get it together now!!!

It has been awhile since posting here but I am still standing strong in my journey. This year will mark 8 years for me and I am proud to announce I am still losing and even stronger in my journey then I have ever been. I believe God has laid this path out for me to share with others and open the door for others to find their healthier lifestyle. I have been through it all. At one one I had gained almost 60 pounds back. That fall was a big wake up call for me. Since then I have been going hard, finding my lifestyle change. I would be afraid to perm my hair so soon after surgery, but I have never been permed but I suspect it does put stress on hair and wouldn't take the chance.
This does help a lot. Thanks for your response!! :-) I will definitely wait.
