Are there any old timers still in the forum?

will be 10 years out in April. Went back to Bariatric doctor's office to get up to date. In my area you can still attend support group. While living a healthy life style still important to me, the WLS isn't something that is forefront in my mind. I had one friend who gained all her weight back (didn't follow any eating guidelines) and one who died from alcoholism at age 42. I do still check in here occasionally and check out the newsletter.

I'm an old-timer, too. More than 15 years. I get the weekly email but rarely log on. I did great for a

long time, but have put back 40 pounds from my low and don't seem to be able to knock off poor habits that I don't think I'm supposed to do able to have.

Still, my RNY changed my life. No regrets!

Hey Y'all!

Checking in....it's been almost 15 years since my RNY. Lost 100lbs, gained back 30. Feeling really tired and dizzy with some upper left abdominal pain. I feel like I'm vitamin deficient, but not exactly sure what I'm lacking.

Dr. appt tomorrow morning.

Anyone else experience this?

Oh yeah, I've been vegetarian or approx 9 months.

Thanks!
