Hello AAF!!!

It's been awhile since I've been online.  Welcome to call the newbies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I had my 10 year surgiversary back in December 2014.  I was just wondering where all my old school folks are hiding out?  This forum is too quiet.  LOL.

I'm here.  Had my 10 year anniversary March 31, 2015.  I never lost as much weight as my doctor would have liked.  I lost 100 pounds and have not gained any back.   Doc wanted me to loose 50 more pounds.  I was 61 when I  had the surgery and seemed like I aged over night.

I had my surgery 2004. Gastric bypass. I had a weight regain 2006  and had to fight my way back. mow I use a plant based diet to maintain my weight. collardgal.com I offer weekly food prep classes ad a live stream show. I would love to hear about how others are living long term.

I am 7 years out and haven't been on here for years. I need some support and answer to questions to see how everyone else is doing after a long period of time.

Hello...

I had my 6 year surgiversary back in October 2014.  I lost a total of 165 but over the past year I've gained 40 lbs due to several "excuses" so today is my first day getting back on track & getting rid of these unwanted lbs.  Glad to be back!

Hi ladies, it's Jeana here. I had my surgery in October of 2006. It's been one heck of a ride. I had surgery at 23. I'll be 32 this month, and this year I've gained lots of weight. I have had 2 children since surgery. I have gone from 170 to 230 (currently) since the pregnancy of my last child in 2013. I'm back to learn how to eat all over again.

Hi Jenna

I'm new to the forum. I had the GBP in 2002. Got married had 3 kids gained 91 pounds. On July 7, I underwent the Apollo Overstitch Procedure as my pouch opening was 4 times larger than it was supposed to be. I had to restart at stage 3. Down 10lbs. Check it out. Hope this helps.
