The beat advice we can give you is to make sure you research ALL weight loss surgeries before choosing one. Read and learn all you can about each one, THEN, along with your surgeon, decide which is BEST for you. I will tell you, from personal experience, if you are considering the lap band, you will want to take the time to check out the lap bands/failed lap band forums on here before deciding on that surgery. I will not be negative, but you are more than welcome to read my story to get an idea of what many lap band patients go through and are faced with. Hoping you find a surgery that works for you.
