Hair Loss

I found this post because I'm currently going through hair loss. I'm almost 3 months out and I would say mine started 3 weeks ago. It comes out from the root and is especially noticeable on wash day. I'm natural but I wear my hair straight. I've started taking 1 Hairfinity a day (didn't like taking 2) plus I'm really trying to get in all my protein. I will be monitoring to see if it subsides at all. 

I'm really sad because I big chopped 3 years ago and have spent a lot of time and effort ensuring I have healthy hair. To have it come out now really blows. I hope you don't have to go through this as well. Good luck!
