ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:
Are you positive in your vision of your own success or do you need convincing to keep going.  Early on it is pretty easy for most post ops.  For no ops and for those of us farther our or who get no honeymoon it is tough from day one.

How do you handle the emotional ups and downs?  How do you treatt yourself when you make a mistake?  Do you speak kindly to yourself when you are feeling negative?  Do you talk the positive talk even when you are not believing it in the moment?

Focus on your desired outcome.  Let this guide your actions.  Let this guide your motions.  Each time the negative self talk sets in, counter it with repeated positive self talk.  We believe what we hear repeatedly.

One day at a time; or one hour; or one minute; or a non stop battle with each random thought.  Sometimes we don't really believe in possibilities or in ourselves.  This is when we must LIVE AS THOUGH WE BELIEVE IT

Visualize what you want and how you want to live.  Make this vision part of your daily life.  Create the reality you want and focus on living it.  Do this where weight loss and good health are concerned.  Do this in all areas of your life.

SUCCESS COMES FROM FOCUS ON THE DESIRED OUTCOME.  Those who succeed over a lifetime are focused on using each and every available resource to achieve their desired outcome.  This drives their thougt process.   When they see a tool or an obstacle, it appears to them as either a risk or an oportunity and it is treated accordingly.

MINUTE BY MINUTE NOTICE THE RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUR HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND A LIFETIME AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT.  Adjust your focus and use these to your advantage.  You will for see what you need as you remain focused on your desired outcome.

There is no excuse for not living up to your wl commintlent ot self.  That being said, I've made a clusterfkcu of it lately.  Having been ill; running between drs, treatments, tests; still feeling like ****  Not a reason for poor eating.  If anything, t is a reason to do better,  Eating better leads to betterr health overall.

No mercy and no excuses.  I've been a careless screw up.  This will not help me loose the excess fat I've got to drop.  Time to pull myself together.  I'm battling weight gain outside of my control.  Doing my best to loose it is within my control even if it does not come off as one would expect it should.  There is never a reason not to keep at it.

This week I will do the right thing to create the best opportunity for success.  Focus is on my desired outcome.  The only way to bring this to fruition is by living it.

I guess in my honeymoon stage but I can see how easy it would be to fall short. I have to admit. I have to find a schdule for myself school started, I'm working overtime and homeschooling my oldest daughter. I have not been exercising like I need to be.

I miss getting up early in the morning and working out and having my meditation period. I will vow to myself that I will atleast try to fit 2 or 3 days in this week.

You can do it.  Make exercise a part of your day like bathing and grooming.  Start with short periods and work it into your routine.
