Thanks everyone for all the hearty welcomes, I have been losing pretty good but I hit a snag I have injured my leg my doc feels it may be a berve in my lower back but I'm going to request to see an ortho doc because the pain is in my inner thigh going from the top of the groin area to my knee and sometimes the back of the thigh if I stand or walk for over 5 minutes the leg is painful to move at the groin area it feels like something is going to pop and sitting downor bending is excruiating in that joint so needless to say exercise has become limited.
now I am on soft solids and am having trouble trying to find foods I can eat, I'm not a big sea food lover and I do not like tuna, the nutrionist told me to stay away from chicken for now. I have been living off of refried beans and can chili I have gotten a beef roast and I made caulifower mashed potatoes which I like very much also I have tried spaghetti squash which is very good I am looking for more recipes that don;t require a lot of prep time. my biggest food addiction is sweets and flour products any of those type of carbs, these were my destressing and quick foods when I got hungry and did not want to cook. I am really worried about the holidays because I cook the holiday meal and I need some recipes for myself at least some I can tweak like cornbread dressing, mac and cheese, sweet potato pie. I know that my fear of dumping will keep me away the cakes and pies, this is one of the reasons and the fear of complications or death that kept me from having the surgery the last 2 times I was apprived so any help will be greatly appreciated
