Eventhough I am not a black woman, I have learned that this type of cancer is much more common in your population.
In canada our population is so much smaller so was hoping there was some chance sadly that someone who has had gastro bi-pass has also developed triple negative breast cancer and could share their experience of chemo which is to start monday for me. No one seems to know about the two, only expert in cancer or bi-pass.
I am going to be taking FEC-D, Fluorouracil,Epirubicin,Cyclophosphamide and Docetaxel(Taxotere)
Thank you all in advance for any assistance you can give.

I'm so sorry for your plight.  There is likely no relationship between the two.  WLS or any type of cancer.  There are many folks on OH who unfortunately developed various cancers post op.   I am an expert on nothing but I will keep you in my prayers for a full recovery.  Be strong, keep the Faith, stay as healthy as you can as you are being treated for the best chance of success.  One of my RNY friends recently beat cancer.  You will too.
