 I have just ordered the EFS diet and I have read so many great reviews of the diet and how it has changed others life and weight loss. Ms. Lee thank you for the inspiration and I look forward to updating my journey. I am sooo excited that the conference is here in my city and I get the oppurtunity to attend and participate. I am  on week four and already my jeans are nice and loose again.  It is not a easy way of eating but it sure does work wel for me.  Let me know when you start.

 OK, I am waiting to recieve it. I am saving my money for the food. I am also going to stock up on the vitamins and nutrients I need. I will keep you posted.
