ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

Our new week comming up.  Every minute of each day is a chance to move closer or further from your objectives.  Can you be accountable minute by minute?  Can you envision manageable pieces of the events that will accumulate to your success?

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:

Is just doing the right thing always a possibility?  Are there times when weakness overwhelms?  Does this make us weak in character or is it indicative of our particular disease?  Is this simply the reality of imperfection being inherent in all of us? Do the answers even matter?

Why do we still struggle in spite of our varied wl tools and so much dietary information?  THERE WILL ALWAYS BE A "WHY?" BUT DO WE HAVE TO ACCEPT IT?  Insufficient weight loss.  Weight gain.  Failure to meet your pre op goals to get wls approval.  Difficulty doing this with diet and exercise alone.  Do we own the "why?" forever or is the true "why?" really "Why can't we just let it go?".
We can decide to release the "why?" that plagues us.  If the explanation it is not helping you move forward, then perhaps your focus on answering the question of why has diverted your attention from finding your resolution.  Perhaps we do not need 100% of the analysis to move ahead.  Perhaps we can be accountable for just this small space of time.  Get through right now.  Get through the next right now.  Perhaps that is the best we can do if we are to make progress in spite of not having all of the answers.

As we struggle we analyze, re access, strategize, and revize.  If you are of the nerdy variety as I'm sure you've guessed I am, the need to have all the pieces is almost physically painful.  Even many creative types feel the inspiration is missing in order to move on.  The result is paralysis.  No progress; or worse, we continue to back slide.

There are a ****load of people making a fortune on the concept of the power of attraction.  COMMON DENOMINATOR:  SUCCESS COMES FROM FOCUS ON THE DESIRED OUTCOME.  Manifesting Your Destiny; The Secret; or, one of a few dozen other cash cows: Look past the magical thinking to what successful people do every day.  Look at those around you and not just the billionaire stories.

Our weight loss journeys are no different. Those who succeed over a lifetime are focused on using each and every available resource to achieve their desired outcome.  This drives their thougt process.   When they see a tool or an obstacle it appeas to them as either a risk or an oportunity and is treated accordingly.

We do this every day without an author to sell it to us.  However, we each have areas in our lives where it is more or less difficult to see things clearly.  MINUTE BY MINUTE NOTICE THE RISKS AND OPPORTUNITIES TO YOUR HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD AND A LIFETIME AT A HEALTHY WEIGHT.  Adjust your focus and use these to your advantage.

This week commit to making it through right now.  Let the rest happen as it happens.  You will forsee what you need as you remain focused on your desired outcome.  We may never be able to explain all of the un answered "why".  Is it really necessary in order to achieve successful long term weight loss?

Last night I set up my day's menu according to plan.  Today I could not choke down that protein shake at breakfast.  Obstacle or opportunity?

I ate simple dense protein and drank lots of liquids.  Then I recalculated the day's menu based on my assigned diet plan.  It is a different approach yet I remained focused on my objectives.

As a result, the nutritional content is right on point as is the calorie count.  Docs instructions have been twisted but the objectves of higher protein, lower carbs, lower calories, and less solid food have been met.

This will be a succesful day by taking it in manageable steps that accumulate to my overall objectives.
I'm not thinking about why shakes just are not working today.  My Desired outcome is achievable as long as it remains my focal point.

I am doing so good.  I am on day 1 of week 2 EFS.   Pants are feeling looser, face is looking slimmer. Praying I can keep this up.

Working out is still good,  about to increase weight next week in an effort to reload my arm muscles, but i'm also going to start trying to pay a lot of attention to my thigh muscles because I kneeled down to help a student and almost couldn't get my ass up,  I had to use a chair and desk to get up, that is just wrong.  LOL

From my mom, one of the best pieces of advice ever was always make sure you can get down to and get up from the floor without help or props.  Its kept me working out all these years.  You  got this.  Hoping to be off my ass again asap

EFS has always worked for you.  Go with it girl!  It is still working & you have the proof.
