You covet my arms, I covet your everything. :) You are so inspirational to me Martita and I know I say it to you a lot, but it's because it's true. You know you look good and you are not afraid to be proud of yourself, which is something I have always struggled with. I love when you post pics, the other day I was eating yogurt in the cafeteria and everyone at the table was eating all types of fattening delicious smelling food and I pulled up one of your picture pages to help me through it, then I had to end up telling your story and showing them your pics. lol.LEE

I have eaten some of the most strange things you would not believe, and this summer good lord I ate some things that humans should not even smell let alone put in their mouths and swallow, but for the life of me I can not stand Curry. lol. It is just a taste that I don't like.
Becca does all the cooking and she is a really good cook, I am so happy she does it because I just hate cooking.

I appreciate you and Lee sharing, I am not alone and my wls surgeons wants to put me on appetite suppressants. Problem for me because, I don't always have an appetite or I can't eat much. I am willing to do whatever it takes not to reach precursory weight. They are having the conference here in October I think I will go get some information and see what new products are available today. I admire you ladies courage to call it what it is. Thank you both.
One thing we learn is how different we each respond to various foods. I know folks who need the appetite surpressants to do this. Then there are emotional eaters who force feed themselves with no appetite. metabolism is its own individual crap shoot.
The professionals can't agree so we've got to rely on each other. I'm glad my BAF fam is with me.

MSW I am a little leary of the appetite suppressants because I can't tolerate meat like I use to. I was thinking of following the food plan that you posted. What do you suggest? Some days are like I only eat meat and no veggies. I have a lot of time on my hand, other than being in Grad School, I have had to let some things go that were distracting. My friends took me to dinner Saturday for my birthday, I was watching how some of them were eating the bread and I got full. They brought me a small bowl of pot liquor from the collard greens and a mini corn muffin, it was very good and filling. I am a little afraid, because even if I am not losing, I am not gaining and I have no energy to do anything.
