It's my 3 year surgiversary BAFam today......and all in all...........I'm good! My journey has been successful overall and I can't and won't complain. Like most sure there's some jiggly parts, and parts I'd rather just not look at some times.....(the girlz....

) .......But I'd rather be here where I am today than where I was 3 years ago at nearly 300 lbs. Thank you God for the opportunity to do it over and get it right. Thank you all here on BAF for the love and support over the years.

Thank you so much Thicklin. It's an everyday intentional effort to keep it moving and make it work. Keeping that in the forefront, with the knowledge that the wls was no magic bullet, it's worked out in my favor thus far.

I wish you continued success with your program as well. I know you will reach every one of your goals!

Amen for second chances, Proof that as long as we are alive we have the opportunity to make change for the better. Even in areas like loosing the fat where most folks have to keep trying & trying to make it stick.
