Its no secret folks. If no one told you at the outset you should have figured it out on your own. Regular exercise is required for good health. Fat, thin, loosing, maintaining, never obese, forever obese, it makes no difference.
WHAT WILL YOU DO TODAY TO GET AND STAY PHYSICALLY ACTIVE?
There is no expectation that you are to suddenly become a qualifier for the 2012 Olympic Games. Simply do something to increase your heart rate and expand your lungs and improve the blood flow to your vital organs and aid the circulation of your lymphatic system.
A 20 minute jog in place can help get you there. Is a jog to much? Make it a ten minute walk in place and work your way up. Lower body issues? Seated shadow boxing will raise your heart rate and help to get your circulation moving as well. So will sitting and tracing the alphabet in the air with your feet.
Reality check:
- Few of us can not find ten minutes twice a day to spare.
- Few of us are totally incapable of any type of exercise.
- Few of us who do not exercise regularly are anything other than simply full of **** with our excuses masquerading as reasons.
- Few of us cannot do any more for ourselves physically than we actually do on a daily basis.
- Few of us who complain about struggle with regain; frequent stalls that don't follow periods of losing pounds or inches; unreasonably slow weight loss; etc are really doing what we need to do on the physical activity side of the equation.
Where do you fall in this list? First the answer you like to tell yourself. Now the brutally honest truth of the matter. Are both answers the same?
WHAT'S TODAY'S WORKOUT GOING TO BE? MAKE IT FUN AND MIX IT UP. THAT'S HOW YOU STICK WITH IT. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE AND SHARE IT!

I am still recovering from that dam Great Wall of China that kicked my ass, so yes I am working out because I spend every single day walking literally for hours. But as far as dedicated working out in a gym is concerned nope, I have not been in a gym since I left home, I can't lie I do miss working out.
