PRODUCT REVIEW..WHAT YOU THINK
My buddy was telling me about Carbquick. She lives by it and says it taste just like the real deal. I'm a little scared to try it since I'm not that far out but I was wondering what you'll think about it.
This next one looks delicious I guess because I miss eating peanut butter. This one is called sunbutter made out of sunflower seeds. This looks good!
As for the sunflower butter, I opt for PB2 which is a powdered peanut butter that you just add water to and it tastes just like peanut butter (same consistency and all). Here's the stats on it:

Early out my focus was to eliminate the carb desire as much as possibl;le. Once that carb mmonster is out it it hard to get back under control. I've heard BAF vets repeat ths and I agree.
I also like pb2 but it does not tast exactly like peanut butter. I love it but if you are a true pb fan there is really no diffference in calories with other substitutes. I take pb2 and us i to stretch regular chunky pb into a larger serving using 1 tbsp bb to 2tbsp pb2. Same calories but over 50% more pb.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
ditto, i would stay away from carbs or carblike goods period, especially early out, habits are hard to break, once you start over carbing its hard to stop (for me anyway) i have limits with carbs as it is, bready things like pancakes, rolls, any baked goods still puff up in my tummy and i feel very uncomfortable after that its gas city! i try not to keep any baked goods in the house!, i have a waffle once in a blue moon, i hardly ever eat pancakes, except to nibble on someone elses if i am in IHOP. when i eat burgers i eat the patty and throw half or all the bun away. i havent baked anything since the surgery :-(.
