Sample Menu and Schedule

Do you have myfitnesspal? I love it because you can use the phone app or log your foods/exercise on the computer. It helps me keep track of my protein/calories and keeps me more accountable for my meals. I log in all of my meals there and you can see them if you add me on there.. My myfitnesspal name is msohsooo.
But at any rate I tend to eat a lot of tuna and shrimp because they're high in protein. I also try to thrown in a shake if I'm not anywhere near meeting my protein goal. I try to go by the rule of drinking 1 bottle of water (16.9-20 oz), wait 30 mins to an hour, and then have a meal/snack. does it always work out that way? No. But I do try!
