Mid Week WorkOUT!!

I'm feeling stressed this week I have fraud on my bank account and a host of other b.s. to go along with it so I'm about to get my workout on!

2 1/2 mile walk/jog
100 squats challenge
100 sit ups challenge

Who's with me... Don't hold back!

 Ummm... girllllllllllllllllllll... Ummmmm.... I jogged 1.5 miles and did 20 mins of Zumba but I can't back you on those squats and sit ups .  Hope everything works out the way you need them to!

Okay maybe I didn't hit my goal with the situps and squats but the more I keep doing it the closer I'm getting. lol now I can hit 60 on the situps and 40/50  on the squats.. its called wishful thinking.
