I plan on hitting a four mile walk in the park and top it off with some situps and squats...got to get my thigh tight before they sag lol

Cycling sounds fun..I tried a cycling class at the gym before I had surgery and it almost killed me. I'm going to see if I can try it again and see if I can hang more than the 15 mins LMAO!

You mean spinning?  I love the spinning classes. They are always so full though. I got tired of fighting for a cycle.

 I guess sitting on the couch eating some almonds and watching the Chew doesn't count huh .  I've been walking a lot and my legs have gotten so tiny!  I have to change up.  I'll only walk 2 miles today and then I guess I'll do Zumba Abs and some crunches. I'm sooooo not motivated today for some reason (maybe working out EVERYDAY is a bit much for me and it's just now catching up with me).

I feel u on that. I started out working out almost everyday and now its 3 to 4 times a week and not even that if I'm working my second job.
 
I wish my legs can get skinny LOL they came down a little but not to much..I'm getting skinny mainly in my waist and top area.

If you can't get off the couch today then maybe you can use the break and regroup nothing wrong with that.

I have been walking at the park but made it back to gym today. My doctor wants me to do only cardio until I reach my 90 day mark. I worked out on the treadmill and elliptical machine. My legs felt like jello when I left. I plan to hit it again tomorrow.

 Just walking for me, still under doc orders cant do the gym or Zomba's yet. Being patient.

Surgery date May 7 / 2012
Highest 312 lbs - Pre Op 297lbs - now 199 lbs
I know now that my location was never my destination.
