You mean spinning? I love the spinning classes. They are always so full though. I got tired of fighting for a cycle.

I guess sitting on the couch eating some almonds and watching the Chew doesn't count huh . I've been walking a lot and my legs have gotten so tiny! I have to change up. I'll only walk 2 miles today and then I guess I'll do Zumba Abs and some crunches. I'm sooooo not motivated today for some reason (maybe working out EVERYDAY is a bit much for me and it's just now catching up with me).
I feel u on that. I started out working out almost everyday and now its 3 to 4 times a week and not even that if I'm working my second job.
I wish my legs can get skinny LOL they came down a little but not to much..I'm getting skinny mainly in my waist and top area.
If you can't get off the couch today then maybe you can use the break and regroup nothing wrong with that.
