PCP Visit
Well....I went to see my primary today (first visit since post op). Interesting visit. I get there I get weighed and I have a confused look on my face. Let me say this I weighed myself this morning before getting dressed and my weight was 272pounds. The scale in the doctor's office said I weighed 250pounds. I was puzzled by this. By the weigh my appt was at 12noon. After the nurse takes my blood pressure and temp, I asked to be weighed again. This time the scale said 248. I told the doctor his scale is broken. LOL. If I hadn't had the surgery, I would have been very happy with those numbers. Don't get me wrong I like those numbers right now.
And guess what??? No more diabetes medications. Woohoo!!!! Still have to take the blood pressure medication. I can deal with that for a little while longer.
Doctor took a pic of me as he doesn't think he will recognize when I come back in 3 months for my next check up. Haha.
