Hi Summer!! Funny this is my first post in years. I had surgery in 2006. I am trying to get back on track as well. I have had some weight gain over the years of course and trying to get it together as we speak. I want to upload a recent pic but don't remember how.

I haven't had any plastics yet but I am about ready to have a tummy tuck but want to drop at least 25 before I do it.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Hey Denise!  I like you, did have some weight gain over the years however I was able to lose it by (re) adjusting the way that I eat. 

At present, I don't eat anything with gluten in it and I don't use any sweetners (artifical or otherwise) so water and unsweetened herbal tea is all that I drink.  I eat small meals throughout the day to keep my metabolisim up and I only eat lean protien, healthy fats (ie raw nuts, cheese, greek yogurt) and fresh fruits and vegetables.

This has helped me tremedously.
