I HAVE A DREAM...THAT ONE DAY!
No seriously.... I been dreaming of being a jogger. I been practicing and trying to build up my stamina. I getting close to jogging 5 minutes straight and it feels good.
I'm sure that it will become easier once I sheds some more weight. Is anybody else out there jog and if so do you have any tips or pointers.
I got my checklist
1. good running shoes Reebok used hubby discount yay!
2 excellent sports bra got on clearance for 2 bucks with a 10 coupon
3. some light weight pants.
4. and music
I feel good after I try myself little five minutes of jogging LOL
I never thought I'd ever be a jogger and here I am doing interval jogging EVERYDAY! It's amazing how we all our using our tools so effectively. I think it's wonderful that we are all getting ourselves in shape. We were all beautiful before but we're going to be bada$$ for the summer!

This is not me favorite genre of music but it works well for exercise. Best of all you can run this indoors without a tredmill in bad weather. As long as you run in time to the music you cover the distance.
I run strictly for calorie burn not the runner's high. At the track or running in place at home, a 150 lb woman burns over 500 cal per hour during a 5 mph jog. The music's beats per minute keeps you moving at the right pace. Enjoy it.
