OPEN TO ANY SUGGESTION...
Month out and came to a stall....Nope I'm not sweating it! I've been reading some of OH past post about stalls. Most say that you should up your protein by 70 grams, drink 100 oz of water ( no way in hell) lol, others say that you should change up your exercise routine and I had seen a couple that say that you should eat a slice of pizza!
What is some of your advice for me. Mind you I already changed up my exercise and its hard to get more than 60 grams of protein in. I'm just a month out. I still at my same weight none loss nor gained. And heck no! I'm not eating a slice of pizza. ROTF!
The idea that post wls we all loose rapidly and steadily is simply not true. The first 30-60 days are often rapid weight loss then you will level off and slow down. Things like tom will impact the scale and loss may show in inches before weight. Keep at it.
A stall has its own definition whi*****ludes calorie restriction over about six months or more. However, the scale will still stop for a bit every now and then. As long as you stay on program with diet and exercise you don't need to do anything else but stay normal.
If you believe something is really wrong, track your food and call your medical office. The tracking info can help them pinpoint any problems with your adherence to plan.
