I love pictures ... and have backed my weight loss journey with a picture a day ... 

I found pictures to be an awesome tracking tool .... sometimes goofy at times it keeps me in remembrance ... because I for one do not want to ever forget how far I have come and what it took to get me there ... 

I will continue to pursue! all my dreams as I always have ... with health and mobility there is no stopping me ... I can run ...I can swim and I can move!!!

Keeping my eyes on the prize and holding my feet to the fire I am tracking it all in my digital journal "a picture a day keeps the pounds and the inches away"...

Thanks for allowing me to share ... NEVER FORGETTING HOW FAR WE HAVE COME ... WE CAN DO THIS ... ONE.DAY.AT.A.TIME .... sometimes it takes keeping the eyes on the prize even when it means refocusing ... amending little errors along the way ... and starting over .... the PRIZE OF HEALTH AND MOBILITY WITHOUT THE CHALLENGES OF MORBID OBESITY ARE SO WELL WORTH IT!!!

I love your pictures and I will have to start taking a picture a day as well. I'm a little late getting started, but I am determined to get in that suitcase like you did if it kills me. That is still my all time favorite picture of you.
