SOME DAYS BEING MOM MEANS BITING YOUR TONGUE UNTILL IT BLEEDS

DD has had a lot of drama going on in her life. While I know much of what is going on, there are parts that come out in bits and pieces. God forbid your kids are just plain straight with you.

Well I won't go into all of the details but the quick and dirty version is she is being evicted. Her room mate and landlord has not been paying the rent and as a result everyone gets ousted. What ****** me off most is this guy knew and said nothing. I found the eviction pending notice the morning the management left in on the door. Had I not been there who knows when she would have found out what was happening.

Now because of this ******* she is in a financial bind as she has to uproot herself within about two weeks. We've had to pack up and store her things to avoid the city marshal when everyone is dispossessed. Fortunately she has family support.

Having known these guys and had a good relationship for nearly two years, I want to hear why the fkcu my DD was left twisting in the wind. I want to hear it right from the horses mouth. But, DD has demanded that I say nothing.

So there I am. In the apartment with the lessee and the other room mate who knows everything and I can't say **** I have to respect her rights as an adult, like it or not. If a friend had said keep your mouth shut I would acquiesce. She may be my kid but she is still grown and this is her business not mine. It ****** me the hell off but I've got to keep my mouth shut.

So finally, DD tells my why they kept this info from her. See, she ain't shy and I know that she pried the truth out of them some how. Those *******s did not come home for two days after I told her about the notice because DD can be scary as **** when she is mad.

As it turns out, these guys, the lessee and room mate were "doing" the office manager in exchange for a payment arrangement. They defaulted on the payments and she could no longer hide the arrears. WTF!!! The "great guys" DD has been living with are prostitutes. Now I understand why she did not want me to ask.

Thank God she is through with this room mate **** and getting a place of her own. With help from the "legal entity" aka husband (I remain spiritually single.), she will be in her new apartment as soon as she finds what she is looking for. But, I am still mad as hell about this situation.

Nonetheless, I've got to leave it alone. She is grown so I'm biting my tongue till it bleeds. G@d* D^mn $t !!!

prostitutes thats some deep sh*T. You're right my daughter in middle school come home and tells me that a girl was bullying her..so I feel your pain mom. Sometime we got to tell our babies stand up and learn lessons on their own.
