Staying Motivated
I'm so sorry you are going through all of this. When your livelyhood is threatened you can't help but respond with anxiety. Keeping everyone else upbeat is nice but you have to care for you first. Sometimes we need t find a different motivator. Or, not so much a motivator as something that helps calm us and relax the mind.
Read something light and amusing. Short stories or novels or stupid jokes. Listen to music that relaxes and inspires you. Perhaps meditation in more important than prayer right now. There is a form of prayer Roman Catholics practice that involves emptying the mind so we can just BE with God. No words, just a clear mind and His presence. Just Being with Him may be right for you now.
I often read tarot when I am feeling anxiety and off my game. Not because I believe in magic and fortune telling. The archetypes represent people, positions, institutions, and life situations. The spreads help me to see the world from different perspectives.
You can find your peace. Try different approaches to relaing your mind. Once you find your iner peace again you will be able to live your normal routine again. Or, perhaps create a new one. Equally productive but what you need today.
