ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

Weekend Day Two:
-  Have you reviewed and assessed your week
-  Corrected as needed
-  Followed through on your plan and adjustments
-  Made a plan for the following week

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:

Will this weekend be accompanied by regret?

Screw ups happen.  Let it go.
Skip the self flagellation. Put it aside and get back on plan immediately.    Mistakes are not excuses for making a day of mistakes or worse.  When you are in the right state of mind, seek self understanding so you do not repeat those mistakes.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

You will continue because this is not optional.  Once you take that surgical plunge turning back is not an option.  Want to be healthy, stick with the rules and gt that protein in.

I did too much nibbling on cereal this weekend.  Cereal, a few crackers, and peanut butter.  None bad in itself but all bad in excess.  Moderation in all things.  Calories are not out of control but I know better than to let the carb monster in.
