I must be Insane to try Insanity...
Insanity ROCKS! If you could not make it through the fitness test you may not make it through the regular warm up but that's all right. Do what you can do. Make it "Insanity Your Way" until you can keep up with the program.
I have physical limitations and what I can do varies by day. However, I have had this program for awhile now and I luv it. Where I have issues I modify the move for saftey and ability. If you cant keep up just keep moving with a jog/ walk in place when you are too winded.
Throughout the program you will see those young skinny folks have to take a break. As you go through the program you will get faster and stronger.
