MsMartita's DD MsCandice runs the best zumba class going and I missed it this morning.  Wrong place, wrong time, not enough energy to make a dash for it.

I'm exhausted and cranky, and borderline psychotic.  What to do???

EXERCISE!

According to Michele Olson, PhD, professor of exercise physiology at Auburn University at Montgomery in Alabama

(found on some online click for dimes rag but having said this I ;-) must wink in case said rag owner finds this and wants sue me ;-) therefore I must wink a second time... this disclaimer stressing no intended harm by winking could go on forever):

We see changes in the body within seconds.  Your heart rate increases, and blood is delivered to your muscles. You start burning calories for fuel. And you get an almost immediate mood boost.

What I need today is immediate gratification.  I'm going to grab the immediate benefits of exercise people.  What about you?

I started back light walking this past week and boy it feels great getting back to walking..My next step is to sign me and my family up for the ymca for some summer fun activities. The girls will be in a swimming program and me taking full advantage of other thing else they have to offer.

Hope you can get back to Zumba class...My sister loves it!
