ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

If you have any good sense:
-  You have reviewed and assessed your prior week
-  Made a plan
-  Followed through on your plan
-  Corrected as needed

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:

Will this weekend be accompanied by regret?

So again I ask you the following:
Where did you plan to be this week and will you make your goal?  Where do you want to be next week and how are you going to accomplish your next goal?

Newbies, this is the golden opportunity for most to drop as much fat as possible as easily as you ever will.  Don't fkcu it up because it seems you cannot fail to loose weight right now.

Vets maintaining or reloosing some weight gain:  You know smell the bull****  Step out of out and clean yourself up.

Pre ops and never gonna be ops:  Make a plan and stay on plan.  Follow your instructions to the letter with the dedicated of one who just had surgery.  It is harder for but keep at it.

Everyone:  Screw ups & clusterfkcu's happen.  Put it aside and get back on plan immediately.   Skip the self flagellation and move on.  Mistakes are not excuses for making a day of mistakes or worse.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

I've pulled myself together.  Back to low carb except for yesterday.  Living with good sense not non sense.

Calories are rarely an issue as its easy to adjust before an event and after.  What I need is to incorporate more good fats in my calories.  I've learned what I need to know about ketogenic eating.  Time to improve my meal planning.  It has gotten better but things are moving a little too slow.

Better to just do it.   The sooner I internalize change the sooner I'll see lasting results.   Ten to fifteen pounds worth of results is what I'm banking on.

Pulling it together is great.  Battling with stress eating right now.  Lennox air conditioning unit went out at the rental house.  Its a heat pump so costs a little more and it really going to tap into my reserve.  I just don't want to spend the money but I must.  It was not in my plan but stuff happens.  I will just get the unit and stop whinning but I hate doing it.
Otherwise things are going well.  The band is working again. Looking forward to hearing about Marcia minus fifteen, best wishes.

Minus 15 from this thread to God's ears please.

Sorry about the heat pump especially at this time of year.  Thankfully you can manage to squeeze out the funds.  That is one hell of a bitter pill to swallow.

Its been one situation after another lately.  Oh but for a little good news.  We can't all be struggling.

Sorry Lifebeauty about the water pump that's sucks! As far as me I spent the weekend practicing eating...I found my technique and its putting my utensil down between bites. That been working out for me..Also, I started walking again.

I told a couple of people that I feel better now than I did before surgery:>
