I am just sad that I hurt my dam knee yet again. I hurt it by working out and running and yet what am I still doing working out and running on it because i'm so dam afraid of getting fat.
The weather is changning and my asthma is kicking up and that too is getting me down, and I leave for vacation in 29 days and will be fat in all my pictures, but what else is new.
I think it's realy time for me to really start thinking about the knee operation that I don't want so bad.
I AM HERE DAMIT, FOR THE DURATION.
I apologize for not being around.

Hang in there LEE, I feel your pain. I pulled a muscle in my groin, well thats what we think it is, my Dr isnt sure. I have to be very careful how I walk, because my leg will give out if I come down wrong. This has been very frustrating. Im also afraid of gaining weight. I workout only indoors now, just in case I fall, i will fall on carpet, not pavement,lol. Sometimes I cant workout at all, its getting pretty bad. Anyway be encouraged, My father had both of his knees replaced and he's doing great. How is your eating these days?

Lee, sorry bout ur knee. You may not be where u want to in 29 days but you will get close. Just too much going on with you right now. As usual you will handle your business and get balanced on the working out and eating so you can enjoy vacation.

You may need to just do that knee so I don't have to start calling you MsCripplePickle again. (I never get tired of that one. Amusing myself is pretty easy some days. )
You know them carbs are the devil. WTF. I stick to carbs from fiber and non starchy low sugar produce and still can't keep the fat off. Still, we keep working it. This is forever.
