FALLEN OFF THE WAGON:  WHAT'S NEXT?

-     Let it run you over.  Lick your wounds and feel sorry for yourself.  Sometime later decide what comes next for you.

-     Watch it roll on by never to be seen again.  Just give it all up.

-     Run and catch up with it.  Climb back on board.

The possible answers to this question are infinite.  Its all up to you.  Where you see yourself.  How determined you are to achieve your goals.  How susceptible you are to throwing yourself a grand old pity party.

ITS YOUR DECISION!  What will you do when you roll off that wagon.  Consider this point now.  It will happen eventually if it has not happened already.

I rolled off the wagon.  Lay in the road.  Let it roll over me.  Back up, then roll over me again with my ass still laying in the road.  Not my norm.  I generally calculate my misadventures and pay it forward or plan the payback in advance.

**** happens.  There will always be an available excuse for failure.  Only you can call bull****  Get off your ass.  Catch up with that wagon.  That is my mission for this week.  Un do any damage then get ahead of the game.

Who is running that wagon in your universe?

I'm so disgusted with myself I find it hard to even post anymore.  I leave in 29 days and I can't fit a dam thing in my closet.  I am the biggest loser I know and I don't mean in a good way.

I suck.

We suck but lets leave our sex lives out of this

We know how to get back on track.  For me its shakes and high fiber with small amounts of protein in between for a few days until I have detoxed.  Then protein only for a bit to get the carb ccraves out of my system.

We have different methods but we can and we will do this.  Get up and catch that wagon girl.  Climb back on board right now!

Hey MSW,
Its been a while since I been on here. I decided TODAY to get back on here (OH/BAF)- after almost 2 years, seek my support and do what I need to do. Its been HELLA CRAZY for me-especially the last 6 months! I've even gain a few pounds back (a little over 200 lbs), and my energy level has been HORRIBLE!!

So, I realize I need to go back to the basics (and trying to figure out what it was!!) However, I have to do what i need to do.  I really dont have no excuses, but to push myself and do it!

Blessed beyond measure!
