ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES

Its TGIF time but many of us have already started to move into weekend mode.

TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:

Have you been thinking about how to do it right or what you can get away with this weekend?  Before you step out of bounds, log your food and look at the resukts.  You may just change your mnd.

New ops, don't even think about stepping off program.  The resulting sickness and potential danger just is not worth it.  Remember why you had your insides carved up.

Newbies, this is the golden opportunity for most to drop as much fat as possible as easily as you ever will.  Don't waste yur honeymoon period because it seems easy for the moment.  Develope the good habits you need for life time maintenanc now.

Vets and old heads, maintaining or reloosing some weight gain.  You know what yu need to do.  Quit lurking and come out and support our BAF family.

Pre ops and never gonna be ops:  stay on plan.  Loose what yu need to loose.  Be as dedicated as of you have had wls.  It is hardr for yoyu but do not give up trying.

A weekend days is just another day in this life commitment.  Don't use the weekend as an excuse to screw up.  Live with no regrets.

I'm no scholar.  I'll never be known for my deep intellectual insights.  The best I can hope for is slow but not stupid.  In other words, this is not rocket science.  The IQ required to grasp string theory is not required in this situation.   If you want a given result then your behavior must reflect that result.  Each day, all day, weekend days.  It is the cumulative that decides success vs regret up.  Only you can make that decision.

...All are welcome, jump in at anytime.

While I did not overeat yesterday I did hit the carbs in the form of two pieces of chocolate, two cookies, 2 1/8 oz pretzels, and some pieces of potato in a microwave meal.  That is my carbs for a week all at once.

Fortunately I had no carbs this wee****il yesterday.  The rest was all protein and veg.  Sadly today will be another naughty day as I ate the other half of the pretzels and the cookies.  I stick to single serve packs purchased one at a time.  Imagine if I paid less for the big packages.  Lord knows that is all I would eat until they were all gone.

I do not lie to myself.  My name is Marcia I am a compulsive eater.

Since I am in the meeting my response should be Hi Marcia.  I won't testify just saying that I've been off the wagon for a while and once again I've decided to get help.  Went to the doctor and got a fill.  Trying again to kick the overeating habit.  Hope all of you are doing well.
