Sorry I have been MIA for some time. There are those periods when the world is not all right with you and there appears to be far more problems than solutions. I haven't been able to get my head around signing on these past few weeks. There is so much happening with me and mine right now.
Its still all hitting the fan but the wls life continues regardless. I can either deal with it or use it as an excuse to eat poorly. The latter gains me nothing but fat and also resolves nothing. Net result, I'm worse ogg than when I began. What would your course of action be?

We are at the hump day. Nearly mid week. How are your plans and goals measuring up to your behavior this week?
Think about how you began last week. Are you repeating the positives or the negatives. Hint, nt knowing where you are headed is a negative.
I'm no scholar. I'll never be known for my deep intellectual insights. The best I can hope for is slow but not stupid. In other words, this is not rocket science. The IQ required to grasp string theory is not required in this situation. If you want a given result then your behavior must reflect that result. Each day, all day. It is the cumulative that decides success vs all fku'd up. You decide.

Not just for runners. Site has a variety of workout music and music timed to progressive running programs for 5k, 8k, 10k, and speed. In place indoors, treadmill, or at the track run to the beat and you'll complete the stated distance. There is also a variety of interval training music from about 130 bpm up to to 180 bpm; and, fixed bpm workout music as well. Lengths of tracts vary but there is a speed/ length to suit most workout needs.

I've got a lot happening and not much of it is positive stuff theses days. The goal of course is not to allow life's clusterfkcu's to negatively influence my eating behavior.
Finally my morning weigh in is below 150 lbs but that means I still need to be down another ten for all my clothes to fit again and to weigh in under 140 lbs fully dressed at mid day. Next month is my long overdue routine rny follow up visit.
I'll need a miracle to take it from 147.2 to 137.2 in a month. I could not loose ten a month during my first month post op. None the less, I'm going to try. I'm determined to get as close as possible to ten pounds down over the next four weeks.

Protein promotes healing so be sure to get it all in. Keep sipping tha****er. You will need t have this habit imediately post op. Your day will be here before you know it.
