HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY - THE WEEK'S AGENDA
ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES
I am Still unmotivated and uninspired. However, weight loss living is not optional if we are to have long term success. Living this lifestyle is like is insulin to a diabetic. We need the treatment for survival. In our case, "treatment" is what ever it takes to get and keep the fat off. In spite of not feeling like posting today, it keeps me focused on overall success.
TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:
Do you have a plan for the week? Do you have a goal for the week? Have you prepared your fridge and pantry for the week? Have you worked exercise into this week's schedule? Do you have a long list of excuses for the week?
Say you've handles all that. What do you do when you are stressed? What do you do when one small bite crossing your lips threatened to tear your hard work apart? How do we cope with the negatives without falling back into old destructive patterns?
The answers will vary for each of us. However, the danger is real for each of us. We must keep this in the bak of our minds no matter the stage we are in.
There is nothing profound here folks. It is very simple. If you want a given result then your behavior must reflect that result. Each day, all day. It is the cumulative that decides success vs not so good.
