ACCOUNTABILITY MISSION: NO MERCY AND NO EXCUSES
Wow, I have not posted since AROUND the 3rd of this month.
I AM SO GLAD TO SEE MY BAF FOLKS POSTING ABOUT THEIR PLAN FOR THE WEEK! THANK YOU MstHICKLIN FOR HOLDING IT DOWN.
It has been one of those times when the **** i****ting the fan from every direction. It is not my own **** for the most part but folks I care about so I feel their pain right now.
Unmotivated and uninspired. However, one thing we know is we must do this living the wl life even when we are not feeling it. So I'm back in spite of not feeling the posting today. It is part of my maintenance. It keeps me cognizant of my long term objectives. It helps others to remember what they need to do and where they need to be. With my ramblings done it is time to...
TELL THE WHOLE TRUTH AND BE ACCOUNTABLE:
Do you have a plan for the week? Do you have a goal for the week? Have you prepared your fridge and pantry for the week? Have you worked exercise into this week's schedule? Do you have a long list of excuses for the week?
Think about how you began last week. How did it end vs how you wanted it to end. Is this something you want to repeat or erase? Does this week's plan of action reflect your goals?
There is nothing profound here folks. It is very simple. If you want a given result then your behavior must reflect that result. Each day, all day. It is the cumulative that decides success vs not so good.
Need to handle some more **** on the fan. I'll be back later to read the board and post a few repies. No links today. No time. **** storms rolling in too fast.

LV'N MY RNY. WORKING FOR ME BECAUSE I WORK FOR IT.
I have much catching up to do this week. I've been recording my food in memos because parts o the Carolina Low Country have great food but no reliable cellular service. However, I've held it down where calories are concerned. More carbs than usual but nthing outrageous and no junk food.
Weight still up but it is declining. Hopefully last week's meds won't fkcu it all up and send me gaining again. Fingers crossed, Prayerrs being said. Need 10.6lbs off these fat flabby thighs now. I'll be holding the calorie average down by about 500cal per day in the hopes of reducing my insulin production. Meds increse insulin which promotes fat storage.
Later I'll ger my food tracking up tp date and see where my month to date numbers stand. I should be fine. If I'm not, the calories get further cut and the exercise gets increased.
