 Good evening fam...I hope all is well and everybody is off to a good start this week. I know I am  giggle! giggle!

I know everybody is busy so to keep it fresh in everyone head. Stay to your Goals, squeeze in some exercise and make sure you find the time to worship meditate or just relax.

I just ordered a new workout dvd so I will be jumping on that this evening. So what's your plan for the week anything new?

I decided to kick my walking into high gear and walked 3 miles yesterday... I FELT SO GOOD!!! Fast forward to today... I woke up with a swollen ankle and I have a slight limp lol! So for the rest of the week I'll be sitting my fast a$$ down and doing toning exercises .

Sorry about the ankle that a bummer, but you truely held it down with a 3 mile walk....fast a$$

As for me i got a new stationary bike, and I'm going to try that.

I know now that my location was never my destination.

thats funny i was just looking at this recumbent bike on craiglist. i tried a regular bike but it hurt my rear end girl! lol
